Working with me
I have a Master's in Social Work from USF. This means that in addition to providing therapy, I am extremely plugged in to the resources available within our community and can help you locate and access them. I've worked with adolescents trying to navigate some tough terrain in both the Hillsborough County and Pinellas County School Systems. I help couples and people in poly relationships reignite and reimagine sex. I've also worked with the survivors of human trafficking, helping them begin to process the trauma and learn the skills they need in their new life. I meet people of all ages from diverse backgrounds, and walk alongside them to assist them in healing from trauma, building self worth, improving communication in their relationships and reaching their goals. I have a particular passion for proving affirming care to those in the LGBTQIA+ community as they process many questions and/or fears in this new identity.

I have multiple tools in my toolbox that I use when working with clients. Some of the ones I frequently utilize include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
