Working with me
I have spent 20 years working as a counselor in Pasco County schools helping youth, adults, and families who have been affected by some very real issues including substance abuse, physical/emotional/sexual abuse, trauma, body dysmorphia, anxiety, depression, and a host of other issues. Now in private practice, I work with adolescents and their parents to create real change and bring them closer together again.

I use a variety of tools to help my clients increase feelings of connection and personal safety, develop conflict resolution skills, navigate the complexities of relationships, and learn how to manage anger and other emotions without numbing out. Some of the tools I frequently utilize including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness Based Therapy (MBT). To help my clients quickly release trauma and strong emotions, I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I've also developed a reputation for effective eye-rolling and a severe side-eye usage as needed to make my point.
