Coverage and benefits are determined by your insurance provider.

Depending on the therapist, care may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, play therapy, sand tray therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, family systems work and other evidence-informed methods. Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.) is a structured psychotherapy approach that combines guided eye movements with imagery and rescripting techniques.
