You have a natural capacity for connection and growth, but sometimes the ways we cope with stress can leave us feeling stuck in painful or repetitive patterns. These cycles may show up as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship conflict, emotional withdrawal, difficulty setting boundaries, or uncertainty about who you are and what you need. I work with individuals, couples, families, and children to better understand the patterns that keep them feeling overwhelmed or disconnected. Together, we explore how past experiences, family dynamics, thoughts, emotions, and learned coping strategies continue to shape present relationships and behaviors. Through increased self-awareness, emotional insight, and intentional behavioral changes, therapy can help you respond differently rather than repeating cycles that no longer serve you.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, nonjudgmental, strengths-based, and grounded in a humanistic perspective. I integrate family systems, cognitive-behavioral, narrative, solution-focused, emotionally focused, trauma-informed, and other evidence-based approaches to support your unique needs and goals. I also incorporate practical tools for emotional regulation, communication, grounding, parenting support, and psychoeducation. Whether you are navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship struggles, trauma, grief, or emotional overwhelm, I strive to provide a safe and supportive space where healing, growth, and meaningful change can take place.
