I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help release the weight of trauma, along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotional Regulation skills to support you in staying present-focused, reducing anxious thoughts, and managing depression or mood disorders.​
