Working with me

During my 22 years teaching elementary and middle school students, I emphasized building genuine and trusting relationships centered on social-emotional growth. I excelled at being objective and utilizing strong interpersonal skills to create a safe atmosphere. As a therapist, I prioritize these ideals to aid in challenges we often face.

With you, I value creating, fostering, and maintaining a non-judgmental space where you can openly discuss your emotions, thoughts, and experiences. I use evidence-based interventions grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) principles to help gain insight, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and develop practical strategies to improve overall well-being. I also integrate other effective techniques, including person-centered and solution-focused therapy (SFT).

If you are a teen or an adult seeking support, understanding, and growth, I am eager to accompany you toward positive change. Through therapy, I will help you navigate to develop healthier habits, manage stress, and build resilience while enabling you to create a brighter and more fulfilling future.
