With a background in fitness, nutrition, yoga, behavior change, and years of experience in the mental health field as the owner of a group therapy practice, my work bridges evidence-based wellness coaching with trauma-informed, body-centered approaches.

Then create small, sustainable shifts that support regulation, resilience, and long-term well-being.
